Returns and withdrawal policy

14-day right of withdrawal

For purchases made through kidoptic.gr, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

To start a return, first contact us at info@kidoptic.gr or +30 210 6432095 and provide your order number. Do not send products without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without damage beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit, together with its case, accessories and proof of purchase.

Return costs

For a standard withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the product. If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, contact us immediately; in that case, we will arrange the return and cover its reasonable cost.

Personalised products and prescription lenses

Where provided by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s personal specifications. These include prescription lenses cut, coated or manufactured specifically according to a prescription and measurements. Ready-made frames without personalised lenses remain covered by the standard return terms, provided the conditions above are met.

Defective or incorrect products

Please check your order on receipt and notify us as soon as possible of any defect, damage or incorrect product. Your statutory rights regarding defective products and the legal guarantee are not limited by this policy.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the statutory time limits. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
