1. General

The kidoptic.gr website and KIDOPTIC online store operate in cooperation with The Optical Center Mantzouratos. By browsing the website or placing an order, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy.

3. Products and information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that photographs, colours, dimensions, materials and descriptions are accurate. Minor colour differences may result from screen settings or lighting. Availability may change until the order is finally confirmed.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any other permitted charges are displayed before you complete your order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted when you receive the relevant confirmation from KIDOPTIC. We reserve the right to request clarification or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, inability to supply, a suspicious transaction or incomplete information, with a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Prescriptions and prescription lenses

The customer is responsible for providing a valid, legible prescription and for the accuracy of the information submitted. The KIDOPTIC optician team checks the details before production and may contact you for clarification. The online service does not replace an examination by an ophthalmologist or another qualified healthcare professional.

Lenses manufactured or cut specifically according to a prescription and personal measurements are personalised products. The relevant exceptions provided by law and described in the Returns Policy apply to them.

7. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Times are estimates and may be affected by availability, personalised lens production, the carrier or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and withdrawal

The conditions for returns, withdrawal, exchanges and refunds are described in detail in the Returns Policy. The consumer’s statutory rights are not limited.

9. Proper use of the website

Use of the website for unlawful purposes, attempts to gain unauthorised access, interference with its operation, or copying and commercially exploiting content without permission are prohibited.

10. Intellectual property

The KIDOPTIC trademark, logo, texts, layout and original content are protected by applicable law. Manufacturers’ trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

No liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is excluded or limited. KIDOPTIC is not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law. Consumers retain all rights under mandatory law that protect them.
