Delivery areas

KIDOPTIC ships orders within Greece. International shipping is offered only to countries shown as available at checkout.

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

Available shipping methods, exact costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before you complete your order. Preparation and transit times are stated separately below. Express shipping applies only to transit and does not shorten lens production.

Shipping costs within Greece

• Standard shipping: €5 for orders below €80.
• Free standard shipping for orders of €80 or more.
• Express shipping: €14.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order value after discounts. Free shipping applies to standard shipping within Greece. Available options and the final cost are confirmed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders for ready-made frames are prepared after availability is confirmed. Simple prescriptions are prepared in 2 working days and usually arrive in about 5 working days in total. High prescriptions or customised lenses require 5–10 working days of preparation plus about 2 more working days in transit. Estimates begin after the prescription, measurements and availability are confirmed. If clarification is needed, we will contact you before production starts.

Transit time begins after dispatch and is added to preparation time. The estimate of about 5 working days for a simple prescription includes both stages. Remote areas may require more time.

Confirmation and tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and, where provided by the carrier, a tracking number.

Address accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, telephone number and recipient details. If you notice an error, contact info@kidoptic.gr or +30 210 6432095 immediately. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been handed to the carrier.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may result from high demand, remote locations, weather conditions, customs procedures or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate.

Damage or loss during transport

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or a product is missing, photograph the packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier and keep you informed about the resolution.

International shipping

For deliveries outside Greece, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may be payable by the recipient if they have not already been collected at checkout.
